1. Exchange and returns

Brights and Stripes are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased, within 14 days of receipt.

All goods must be unworn and in resaleable condition with the swing ticket still attached. Please enclose a copy of your reciept and state the reason for the return and if you would like an exchange or refund.

Returns must ideally be sent back by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Brights and Stripes will endevour to send your exchange order, refund credit or cheque within 7 working days of us recieving your goods. Please note that we are unable to refund any item without a full reciept.

2. Product details

All of our baby grows are made from 95% cotton and 5% lycra supreme. The striped ranges are all made using a high quality knit process, making the fabric and stripes more durable. All poppers have been colour matched and are nickel free.

3. Care recommendations

We recommend that all dark colours are washed seperately at a 40 degree cycle. We would not recommend tumble drying garments as this can cause additional shrinkage, fading and reduce the life span of your baby grows and blanket. Whenever tumble drying is necessary, tumble with care.

4. Product colours

We have done our best to ensure that the colours used are an accurate reflection of the baby grows. Please be aware that these colours may differ slightly on your computer monitors.
