Order Online

If you would like to place an order, select the item and size you would like and click on the ‘add to shopping cart’ button. There will be an option to continue to shop and add further items to your order if required. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

By post

If you would prefer to send a cheque, please make it payable to ‘Brights and Stripes Ltd’ and include your order details and your delivery address. Your order will then be despached out within 7 working days once the cheque has been processed.

Alternatively you can order by phone on 01789 762595 Monday to Friday.

 

Security

We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express. Our website is hosted by a secure web server, where your details are protected.

Delivery

All orders placed before 3.00pm will be despached out on the same working day. All orders placed after this time will be despached out on the following working day.

All deliveries to the UK are sent out on a Royal Mail 1st class delivery which requires a signature on arrival. Deliveries outside of the UK are despached on a Royal Mail service. See - Delivery Prices.

Exchange and Return

Brights and Stripes are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased, within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be unworn and in resaleable condition with the swing ticket still attached. Please enclose a copy of your reciept and state the reason for the return and if you would like an exchange or refund. Returns must ideally be sent back by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Brights and Stripes will endevour to send your exchange order, refund credit or cheque within 7 working days of us recieving your goods. Please note that we are unable to refund any item without a full reciept.
